The one-week online format, accompanied by prominent industry specialists, also aroused great interest in the advertising market. Thus the Webinar series was accompanied in the context of an extensive sponsoring by the IG Deutschland.
"We managed to offer the best cast ever for the topic of women and finance. In addition to the participants, who paid up to 49 euros for the webinar, we were able to win a partner for the first time, to whom it was worth a five-digit amount to be present at our webinar. This means that we are able to generate sales from both sides. At the same time, we already have several partner inquiries for the next Women's Finance Week at the end of the year. In addition to a continuation of the Women's Finance Week, we are planning Germany's largest digital finance day for November together with our partner TRADERS', organizer of the World of Trading. If someone had told us before Corona that the demand on both the customer and participant side was so high, we would probably never have believed it. It's great what the team has done in the last few months," says Daniel Steil , Chief Content Officer at BurdaForward.
Industry experts introduce women to financial topics
BurdaForward brought six renowned women finance professionals together at a virtual table for the new format. Financial Planner (EBS) Renate Fritz, financial blogger Margarethe Honisch, IG Managing Director Simone Stoytchkova, the financial journalists Birgit Wetjen and Jessica Schwarzer as well as the financial expert Beate Sander, known as the "Stock Exchange Grandma", accompanied the digital event week for women.
At the start of the Women's Finance Week from August 3 to 7, the experts discussed why the topic of investing money is so important for women in particular, gave individual saving tips and useful information on retirement provisions and yield possibilities with ETFs, funds and shares.
"I found everything very comprehensible and wrote down super Tipps, which I will also convert. The learning value was very high here," says one of the participants.
Strong interest after new edition of the financial event
IG Deutschland accompanied Germany's largest women's finance week as an exclusive sponsor. Altogether more than 400 women registered for the online event week. Over the own portals such as FOCUS on-line one or NetMoms as well as in a mad interaction with Germany-far Publishing partners of the BurdaForward network and Burda titles such as Instyle.de and Bunte.de the format could attain admittingness in only few days.
With the Women's Finance Week, we not only successfully launched our new webinar tool BigMarker, but also offered a bundle of live events and previously recorded on-demand events for the first time. For our users, this has the advantage that they can consume the content flexibly in terms of time. Plus, the content will also be available to us for secondary use in the future.“
