We work with the greatest possible flexibility.

We can spend up to 80 percent of our working hours working from home. We meet on campus to meet colleagues, exchange ideas and work together creatively.

We can juggle work and private life.

Thanks to flexible working time models, subsidized childcare and individual support for family caregivers, we have time for what really matters.
