After the success of the first single Victoriam in spring 2020, BurdaForward and the pop-classical ensemble Sinfoglesia are back: Sanctus Dominus reminds us of the good in hard times.
Music has the power to carry people through difficult times. With the cold winter months a new, challenging phase of the Corona crisis begins, which brings loneliness for many people. Retreat is necessary to fight the virus. As a hymn to joy, hope and life, Sanctus Dominus gives hope. The single is a foretaste of the Sinfoglesia album Das Versprechen, which will be released on 4 December 2020 and is now available in pre-sale. It contains 13 monumental pop-classical songs.
With Sanctus Dominus, we are taking up the success of our first single Victoriam, which helped thousands of people through the Corona crisis in spring and landed at number 1 in the charts. Also now we want to give confidence and comfort with our music.“
Sanctus Dominus is the second music production of the digital publishing company and is distributed by Sony Music Distributions.
Sinfoglesia is a heart project of the Cologne composer and producer Christoph Siemons, on which he worked for eight years with more than 100 musicians. During a life-threatening illness, he found strength in his faith and gave God a promise, which he now fulfils with the completion of the album Das Versprechen.
In BurdaForward I found the ideal partner for my heart project. The company's sense of helping people to a better life with constructive and solution-oriented messages fits perfectly with my message of hope.“
Christoph Siemons is one of the most successful music producers in Germany, with millions of sound carriers sold, numerous number 1 and top ten hits as well as gold and platinum awards. He has been involved in hits by Adel Tawil, Lafee, Krypteria, Doro, the Big Brother Stars and the BVB, among others.
