What is this "AI" that everyone is talking about? Our young guests got to the bottom of this question at this year's BurdaForward Children's Day. In various activities, they were able to playfully experience what their parents do every day at BurdaForward.
For one day, the children were able to get a taste of the fascinating world of artificial intelligence. With the help of our colleagues and ChatGPT, the kids created their very own cookbook: recipes such as beef goulash with polenta dumplings and steamed "dinosaur paws" were created.
During the joint upcycling craft session, toilet paper rolls, egg cartons and preserving jars were given a whole new function. An absolute highlight was the obligatory visit to the in-house CHIP test center. There, the kids learned about exciting product tests and were allowed to try out the laser printer for themselves.
At the end of the day, the Sunyard was given another boost: during a martial arts session, the children learned how to fight a sabre-toothed tiger or transform themselves into a tree.
So the day ended not only with shining children's eyes, but also with lots of playful knowledge about artificial intelligence.
