Gather momentum for the new year, strengthen the team spirit and jointly determine the direction. Around 600 colleagues attended this year's BurdaForward kick-off last week in Bad Griesbach. Together we got ready for a new fiscal year, exchanged ideas, motivated each other and - not to forget - celebrated together.
Impulses for growth
This year's motto tuned in to progress, dynamism and a strong togetherness: "Growing together and growing together". The right impulses were provided by very special people who know exactly what growth means. Extreme ski mountaineer Benedikt Böhm conveyed what it means to grow beyond oneself. Biscuit pioneer and successful entrepreneur Werner Bahlsen showed how it is possible to grow with history and keep a company on course even in difficult times. And psychotherapist Professor Frank-Gerald Pajonk explained how growth through and with challenges works.

CEO Oliver Eckert motivated to grow together and set the goal for the upcoming year.
The big party in the evening also caused a lot of excitement. A special highlight was the BurdaForward-Hymn. The first musical studio production in the history of BurdaForward!

BurdaForward Communications
I like to tell stories. For example, about the work environment at BurdaForward - because I take care of internal communications and our events. I spend my free time with my dog, or depending on the season, also on the SUP or skiing. Basically, I like to be in nature! Preferably in the beautiful Bavarian Alps and my much-loved home, the Black Forest.
