If you fancy jumping in at the deep end and immersing yourself in the world of a media and tech company, then BurdaForward is the right place for you. 24 months of concentrated journalistic expertise 

During your two-year volonteership, you will not only receive in-depth journalistic training. You will also acquire strategic skills such as monetisation, strategy and business development as well as basic tech knowledge. Networking plays a key role here - which is why we organise regular networking events especially for our "Volos", where you will get to know colleagues from the Burda cosmos.

The basis for your management career 

Our Management Trainee Programme accompanies you on your way to becoming a junior manager. You have maximum flexibility in your choice of specialisation. Over the course of 18 months, you will spend time in various areas of the Burda world and learn how management is practised in a media company. You will enjoy our full trust and will be able to actively shape the digital transformation in a professional environment.
