To strengthen our video advertisement, we are looking for your expertise with a technical and analytical focus. You develop and maintain our video advertisement technology. Our goal is to offer our users a great video experience. Since our content on Focus Online, Bunte.de, Chip and other portals is free of charge for the user, video advertisement is of central importance.
Your skills complement the interdisciplinary and international video team. Because we serve digital video publishing with all its facets. That's why our competences in content, development and advertisement are bundled in an interdisciplinary way. • You will actively manage the development and maintenance of our video advertisement technology
• You are the expert for the video advertisement setup of the BurdaForward publishers (including Focus Online, Chip, Bunte.de, TV Spielfilm and others)
• You closely monitor the video key figures. This includes in-depth analyses according to sales channels as well as specific characteristics of publishers and devices
• You are responsible for the technical integration and optimisation of our partners and actively participate in product development and testing
• You will be in regular contact with our teams within BurdaForward and our partners in order to optimise video monetisation

What we would expect from you...

• Knowledge of various ad server technologies (ideally GAM and Xandr)
• You have an eye on the latest developments in video marketing and video use
• You know the needs of the different market participants (agencies, service providers, marketers and publishers)
• You have a good understanding of the technical video delivery chain and have experience in product management or the development area
• You enjoy lively communication and feel confident in explaining complex issues to your colleagues in an understandable way
