What you can expect from us...

• You are responsible for the development of a new local news portal in Cologne, Germany
• You´ll engineer and design software components in close collaboration with UX, Design, Product Management and of course your co-developers in a crossfunctional team
• You´ll be working on products and not on projects
• Stability and performance are the basis of our products

What we would expect from you...

• You have experience in the development of websites with agile development processes. The current MVP is a progressive web app
• You have good knowledge in building web-applications as well in state of the art web-technologies like Typescript, JavaScript, VueJs, ReactJs, CSS Frameworks, AWS, Docker, NoSQL Databases
• You have a high willingness to learn and are enthusiastic about new technologies and tools
• You like to take responsibility and commitment for the products and services you´re developing. You’re highly motivated to develop the product with a mindset of User First
• You´re passionate, have strong problem solving skills and performance and quality are important for you
• You are interested in sharing your knowledge with colleagues and help developing their skill-set, even if they have to tech-background
• You can speak and write in English fluently and enjoy working in an international environment
